Design and development of front and rear bumper modules for a passenger car – including all adjacent parts such as grilles, sliders, brackets, sensors and mouldings. Comprehensive prototyping and the preparation and launch of series production.

Solution

A detailed feasibility study and assembly analysis was carried out, as well as a comprehensive pedestrian crash test study. The development process also included tooling adjustments.

The result

A reliable, functional and safe design of the Mercedes W247 B-Class from the AMG Line.
